Due to the digital nature of our content (e-books, guides, and masterclasses) and the fact that access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Once you have accessed our “powerful shifts” and tools for self-mastery, the value has been delivered.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We believe in fairness and the integrity of our sisterhood. We may consider refund requests in the following specific cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same resource or membership twice.
  • Technical Issues: If there is a proven technical defect that prevents you from accessing the resources after our support team has attempted to resolve it.
